Return Policy

At Xenia Roze, we want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  Be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition.

  Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  
• 
  Be free from any odors, stains, or signs of use.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

   Fill out the return form and print your return label.

   Package the item(s) securely and attach the return label.
   
4. 
   Drop off the package at your nearest courier service.
   

Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refunds and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. If you paid via store credit or gift card, your refund will be issued as store credit.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you with the exchange process and send the new item once your return is received.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at xeniaroze1@gmail.com or text (715) 441-0046, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
